Refund Policy

Digitaljosh offers a fair-use no-refund policy on services once any level of execution has commenced, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not been initiated

  • There has been no material or intellectual delivery

  • A formal termination request is submitted within 3 business days of initial payment

Termination Rights

Digitaljosh reserves the right to suspend or terminate a project without obligation of refund under the following conditions:

  • The client fails to make at least 50% of the agreed project payment within the 2 weeks of project period.

  • The client is unavailable or unresponsive (no communication or feedback for 24+ business days without prior notice)

  • The client violates the terms of engagement, such as sharing confidential work with third parties without consent
