Sendeazi is the world’s first dedicated crypto-FIAT conversion platform, pioneering a seamless experience for users to send, receive, and convert cryptocurrencies into local currencies across international borders. As a forward-thinking fintech solution, Sendeazi eliminates the friction between digital assets and traditional finance systems, acting as a hybrid between a bank app and a decentralized exchange.
The goal was to develop a bold, futuristic, and trustworthy brand identity and user experience system for Sendeazi’s product launch. This included:
Crafting a unique and symbolic logo and brand identity
Designing a comprehensive brand guideline for consistency and scalability
Developing the UI/UX for the website
Designing a modern, user-friendly mobile app interface



Objective 01
New Brand
Create a compelling brand that communicates speed, innovation, and security while remaining approachable to a global and diverse user base
Goal: Create a visual system that communicates speed, innovation, and trust—cornerstones of Sendeazi’s crypto-to-FIAT solution.
Approach:
We started by identifying the emotional triggers and design trends in the fintech and blockchain space. Through competitor audits and style scapes, we conceptualized a bold insignia — a rocket in motion — symbolizing both high-speed transactions and the platform’s global reach. A unique color scheme (purple, green, lemon, blue) was developed to reinforce vibrancy, energy, and credibility. The typeface choice was critical, favoring a minimal sans-serif that reflects clarity, digital sophistication, and adaptability across platforms.
Objective 02
Website Design
Goal: Design a fully responsive website that simplifies Sendeazi’s complex financial service offering and drives product sign-ups.
Approach:
We mapped user journey flows from awareness to action, ensuring that each section of the site aligned with a clear goal — trust building, feature discovery, or onboarding. After sketching multiple layout concepts, we created wireframes that prioritized CTA placement, real-time crypto conversion, and testimonials. We performed A/B tests on design variations to validate what elements most effectively increased trust (e.g., testimonials, security badges, visual walkthroughs).

Objective 03
App Design
Goal: Create a clean, user-friendly mobile experience that demystifies crypto transactions for both experienced users and newcomers.
Approach:
We developed low-fidelity wireframes to sketch out the app’s key functionalities — receipt scanning, currency conversion, sending funds, and account history. These wireframes were refined into high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, incorporating the brand’s new visual language. Each design element was stress-tested with target users from different continents to ensure international usability. Usability testing focused on pain points like icon clarity, transaction flow, and language support. Additionally, we built a modular design system to support future feature rollouts (such as bill payments or recurring transfers).
